La Cinta and Cala Brandinchi are only a few minutes away by car, and the village centre, with its restaurants and weekly market, is walking distance. We look after every house ourselves, so you book directly with the owners.

San Teodoro sits between the Tavolara marine park and a long lagoon, so you have very different beaches within a short drive of the villas.
La Cinta
Five kilometres of white sand and shallow water, about 5 minutes by car. Kitesurfing at the lagoon end.
Cala Brandinchi
The "little Tahiti" of Sardinia, pine trees and turquoise shallows, roughly 10 minutes north.
Lu Impostu
Wide, family-friendly bay next to Cala Brandinchi, with soft sand and easy parking.
Cala d'Ambra
The closest cove to the village, perfect for a swim at the end of the afternoon.
How to reach San Teodoro
The villas are in Via Pò, a quiet residential street in San Teodoro (SS), Sardinia. By plane, Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is about 30 minutes away by car; Alghero and Cagliari are longer drives. By ferry, the port of Olbia is roughly 25 minutes north, with connections from Livorno, Civitavecchia and Genova. From Olbia take the SS131 DCN and then the Olbia–Nuoro road to the San Teodoro exit. A car is the easiest way to move between beaches; private parking is included at every villa.
